Shamanic Energywork
Sessions often include use of ceremonial oil blends, crystal grids, tools, incense and sounds that aid the work & your ability to achieve a deeply relaxed state. At times I will offer guided breathwork and assist in deep stretches and bone washing to loosten up stuck energy. Each session is different & intuitive based on the receivers energetic & physical needs. This experience can be mind altering because all of the emotional & energetic shifts faciltated. Its good to leave yourself some time after your session to come back to your body and get your wits about you or have friend who can drive you.

I love making custom commissions. The art I create is filled with intention & energy stacked with astrological events and the spirits that come through to help me create it. Readings
Gain insight into the energies working in your life. I connect with your higher self & spirit guides who speak through the cards or runes to give you the information you seek. Sessions are offered in various lengths and timed to include a reading, followup question/s & intuitive council for how move forward on your path in an intentional way.
I am available for reading world wide via video chat or pre recorded depending on scheduling allignment.

Breathwork & Meditation
Life starts with your first breath & ends with your last. It can be a very powerful tool for nervous system regulation, balancing your yin/yang energy, emotional & energetic release, healing trauma from past & current lives & accessing altered/psychedelic states of mind.
