Spirited Art

The art I create has its own life force is filled with intention & energy stacked with astrological events and the spirits that come through to help me create it. Each piece has a story that comes along with it of happenings during its creation. It often takes the form of ritual tools or home decor. I dont have an online store but I am in shops & markets in Sedona. We can do a video chat to tour my studio and see what I have available or set up a custom comission. The Body Tune Up

A three part system to assist you in healing Leaky Gut involving manual adjustments for digestive system rebalancing, structural alignment and a meal & supplementation plan. The body tune up is $222 & includes the initial adjustments which takes an average of 30min-1hr. Two follow up appointments to test efficacy and make re-adjustments, as well as coaching & support through the 14-21 day meal plan.

Breathwork & Meditation

Life starts with your first breath & ends with your last. It can be a very powerful tool for nervous system regulation, balancing your energy, emotional & energetic release, healing trauma & accessing altered/psychedelic states of mind. There are many forms of breathwork modalities that I offer, lets chat to see whats best for you and your healing journey.

Guided breathwork $75/hr up to 3 hrs
